This document (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the terms of interaction between the user and the owner of the Telegram Prime resource telegram-soft.co (hereinafter referred to as the Administration). By remaining on the website, you confirm your agreement to the specified terms. If you disagree, please leave the site.

System Requirements

The following parameters are required to run the program:

• Operating System: Windows 10, 11
• Microsoft .NET Framework: Version 4.7.2
• Processor: At least 2 cores
• RAM: 4 GB or more
• Internet Connection: Stable

The amount of resources consumed depends on the number of concurrent threads being processed.

The program requires an internet browser, preferably Chrome.

Additional Resources

To work with the program in Telegram, the following are necessary:

• Active Telegram accounts
• Proxies (preferably residential with IP-switching capabilities)

Consumables must be purchased separately. For consultation on their purchase, you can contact a manager.

For macOS Users:

The program can be run via a VPS with Windows Server installed. This allows the program to work around the clock without keeping your computer on. Recommended servers are available via a link on the website.

Payment for the Program

Payments can be made via cryptocurrencies by clicking the “Buy” button on the website. Purchasing through a resource manager is also possible.

Technical Support

• Before Purchase: You can contact technical support through the feedback form on the website.
• After Purchase: A perpetual license grants access to the technical support chat directly within the program.

Technical support assists exclusively with the following issues:

• Launching the program
• Linking the license to a new device

Training on Telegram usage or consulting on strategies is not provided. The program is a tool for automating actions, not an educational product.

A knowledge base for configuring the program is available on the website.

The Administration strives to respond promptly to user requests. Replies are usually provided within a few minutes.

If necessary, technical support may request additional data (e.g., screenshots, videos) or access via AnyDesk.

Licenses purchased outside the official website are not eligible for technical support.

Refund Policy

Telegram Prime software is non-refundable. By paying for and installing the program, you agree to these terms.

Refund Conditions:

• The program is provided “as is” and may not meet your expectations.
• Technical downtimes and errors are possible.

To evaluate the product, a 72-hour demo version is available from the moment of activation. It is identical to the paid version and includes all premium modules. The demo version can only be activated once.

Rights and Responsibilities

Telegram Prime is the intellectual property of the Administration. The user is granted a license for temporary use of the software.

Prohibited Actions:

• Hacking, decompiling, or transferring the software to third parties.
• Using the program in violation of Russian Federation laws.

If these conditions are violated, the license will be deactivated without a refund.

License Key:

• One key is activated on one computer.
• The unlimited license remains valid as long as the project exists (minimum one year).

The Administration reserves the right to:

• Release updates to the program.
• Change rates and terms of the agreement unilaterally.

Additional Modules

Separate modules (Reporter, Channel Cloner, Chat Cloner, Message Interceptor) are purchased separately. Their cost is specified on the website.
